3. Information We Collect


3.1 Information You Provide

- Account information: Name and email address when you create an account or sign up for Premium.

- Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe, Inc. Flowzy does not store your full payment card details.

### 3.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Usage data: Features used, filter topics defined, frequency and duration of use, in-app actions taken.

- Content filtering data: Topics and keywords you define for filtering. We process the content of posts, videos, and feeds you encounter in order to apply your filters. This content is processed in real time and is not stored beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

- Device identifiers: Device ID, operating system version, app version, and device type.

- Crash and performance data: Collected via third-party services to identify and fix technical issues.

We integrate with the following third-party services which may process data on our behalf:

- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing

- Cerebras / Groq — AI inference for content analysis and filtering

We use the information we collect to:

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

- Process payments and manage your subscription

- Personalise your filtering experience based on topics you define

- Analyse usage patterns to improve the Service

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

- Service providers: Third parties who perform services on our behalf (Stripe, Cerebras, Groq) under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Content filtering data is processed in real time and is not retained beyond the immediate session unless required to deliver your personalised filter settings.
