1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Flowzy browser extension or iOS mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flowzy, Inc. ("Flowzy," "we," "us," or "our").

3. Description of Service
Flowzy is an AI-powered digital wellbeing platform that allows users to filter and manage content across social media platforms including YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit. The Service uses AI to analyse content and apply user-defined filters to reduce exposure to emotionally triggering or unwanted content.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
5. Accounts
5.1 Registration
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Free Tier
Flowzy offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free tier.
6.2 Premium Subscription
Flowzy offers a paid Premium subscription providing access to additional features including full platform coverage, advanced AI filters, and priority support. Pricing is displayed in the app and on goflowzy.com.
6.3 Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to Premium, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current subscription rate. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the iOS App Store.
6.4 Refunds
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. For direct subscriptions, refund requests may be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
6.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
Circumvent or interfere with the security or functionality of the Service
Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and AI models — are owned by Flowzy, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit or create through the Service, including filter topics and preferences. By using the Service, you grant Flowzy a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use this content solely to provide and improve the Service.
8.3 Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
9. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Reddit, and uses third-party services including Stripe, Cerebras, and Groq. Your use of those platforms and services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Flowzy is not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party platform or service.
Apple App Store
If you download the iOS app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
These Terms are between you and Flowzy only, not Apple
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
FLOWZY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
ANY CONTENT FILTERING WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE
THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Content filtering is AI-powered and inherently imperfect. Flowzy does not guarantee that all unwanted content will be filtered or that no wanted content will be filtered.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOWZY, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLOWZY IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flowzy, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through the app settings or by contacting [email protected].
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
For EU/EEA users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws. EU users may also submit complaints to their local data protection authority or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Class Action Waiver: To the extent permitted by law, you agree to resolve disputes with Flowzy on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flowzy regarding the Service.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
15.5 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
